Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group is a Miami property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
