Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Cobalt Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
