Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
