Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Mill Health is a healthcare provider in Memphis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
