Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Nova Keystone Health runs clinics and patient services around Memphis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
