Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
