Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Madison. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
