Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Madison, WI)

Bright Hollow Foods produces packaged foods at its Madison plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in Madison. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
