Foxglove Cobalt Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
