Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Rook Markets Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
