Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Louisville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
