Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
