Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
