Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Granite Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
