Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Juniper Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
