Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
