Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
