Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
