Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Las Vegas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
