Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
