Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Las Vegas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
