Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
