Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing makes precision components in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
