Summit Wren Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
