Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Keystone Freight Group is a Las Vegas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
