Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Loom Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Las Vegas area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 582 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system.
