Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
