Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Knoxville region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
