Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Foods Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
