Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
