Cedar Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 963 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system.
