Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Indianapolis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
