Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Indianapolis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 832 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
