Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Vale Property Management is a Indianapolis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
