Amberfield Ridge Construction Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Houston. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
