Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Yarrow Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
