Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
