Bright Cobalt Pharma Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
