Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Loom Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
