Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
