Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Honolulu. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
