Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
