Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing is a Honolulu manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
