Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Honolulu, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to budget submissions at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support budget submissions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
