Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Honolulu with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
