Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Beacon Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Honolulu with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
