Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ember Construction Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 230 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
