Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Fox Auto Group is a Fresno company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
