Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing is a Fresno manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
