Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Vale Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Fresno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
